L’atelier LPO s’est terminé pour nos élèves de 2nde7 avec cette jolie sortie venteuse à l’étang de Bolmon et de La Palun. Voir comment les élèves en parlent ci-dessous !
Edmund and Marie :
Today, May 11th, 2017, we went bird watching to « l’étang de Bolmon ». We got there at 9:30am and we met Daphnée and Claude who were very kind with us. We walked along the marsh watching for birds, fish, insects and flowers.
We saw different species of birds like the grey herons, coots, pink flamingoes, kites, swans and others.
For the insects, we saw a « Napoléon spider » and ladybirds. We also went to two bird observatories. We didn’t get wet !
There was lots of wind, and we picniked in the forest and went back to the bus after lunch while continuing to look for birds with our binuculars. It started raining when we where back at the bus.
Mathis and Nicolas :
Today, May 11, 2017, we went bird watching to « l’étang de Bolmon ». We were accompanied by Daphné and Claude, from the LPO. We walked along the salt marsh and we saw different species of fish, birds, bulls, insects and plants.
Some bulls on the way...
We went to two bird watching huts. We got a glimpse of pink flamingoes, swans, crested grebes and redshank.
During the walk, we saw yellow, black and pink orchids. We think we’ll come back here for fishing because there is a lot of fish ! To put it in a nutshell, we liked it, it was funny and interesting, but there was a lot of wind and rain at the end (when we were on the bus) !
This was a lovely butterfly...or moth ?
